How soon will I get the responses from the transportation carriers?
The timing of the transportation carrier response will depend on the urgency of your request, availability of the carrier, and number of carriers you have sent your request to. We require our member companies to check for new service requests and respond to our customers within 48 hours if they are available to service a particular request.
You can get a service quote for someone else in the same way you would do it for yourself. Just mention that in the comments field of the service request to the transportation carriers, so they are aware of your situation.
How do I change / cancel the reservations I have made?
GoServices does not provide any actual transportation service and does not take any reservations from customers. Please contact the transportation carrier with which you have made your reservation in case you need to make any changes / cancellations.
