Warning to those needing a ride with this service: DO NOT USE THE SERVICE unless you want to wait 1 hour for the van to show up only to find out that they will drive around and around the terminals to pick up other passengers even if you are the only one needing a ride. I went to the transportation desk at 10:10pm and when the shuttle showed up after 10:45pm, they told me there would be other passengers to pick up. When the passenger was NOT there, the driver called in and then was told to pick up another. Over an hour and a half later, I finally got disgusted and walked out to grab a taxi instead. I have NEVER used a service this unprofessional and deceitful. STAY AWAY from this service.
