If you want to be misinformed, mistreated, and get hung up on the phone upon making inquiries, use this car service. Be aware they will automatically include a 20% gratuity without telling you, none deserved gathering from the service received. These people are awful. For someone who claim they have been in the business for 14+ years, they have no business manners nor legitimate answers to simple questions from the customer.
