Before renting from limousine service make sure that their fleet of limousines is insured in the case of any damage or an accident. Ask to see a certificate or proof of some kind. Never rent an airport car service or any other kind of limo rental from a company that can’t provide proof of its coverage.

Not all airport limousine companies or limo rental companies offer the same payment options. Make sure the company takes credit cards and if not ask why. Beware of companies that ask for cash payment upfront.

When considering a limousine rental you should also demand confirmation of your rental in some way. If you ordered from place that specializes in limousine rentals online they should send you a confirmation of your rental online. If you rent limousine in person then they usually send you the confirmation by fax. Make sure you get a limousine quote before you buy, so there are no surprise charges on your credit card. Be aware that not all limousine quotes cover every charge such as a damage deposit, etc.
