The vehicle itself is placed onto what is called a jib, this is a steel frame that allows the vehicle to be supported while the work is being done so that the vehicle does not move, and also ensures that the vehicle is perfectly aligned to allow for ease of installing the additional components.
When you have found the auto you want to convert, you can now start modifying it. Typically, the vehicle is put on a frame that can brace it so that no movement is allowed while the work on it is being done. This also guarantees the ease of putting in the other apparatus you would like to add. While the car is mounted, the whole interior is removed, windows uninstalled, and a cut is made behind the car’s front doors.
Afterwards, the stretch steel frame is appended. This steel frame allows you to introduce a longer body to your vehicle. This of course includes, the walls, the ceiling, the floors, and the wheels.
After your frame is fixed in, make sure that all of the joint points and areas are attached securely, sanding them properly to smoothen out any roughness. This is very important because as a luxury car, your limousine should not have imperfections. It has to remain classy and stylish. The paint job also comes after this so you want to paint your new limo all over when some areas are still coarse.
At this point, it is time for the windows to be inserted back in the window openings, tires added to the vehicle and a final inspection does to ensure the vehicle is safe.
